Thank you to all of my WOW Shoppers for your patience, understanding and continued support.
Over the past few months, keeping up with orders coming through phone calls, texts, DMs and conversations has made it difficult to give every client the timely communication and service they deserve.
If I’ve dropped the ball or missed something along the way, I sincerely apologize.
Moving forward, I’m putting a better system in place for everyone — clients, family and friends. All orders must now be submitted by email so every request stays organized, every client receives fair service and I can give each project the attention it deserves.

All orders must be submitted by email. Phone calls, DMs and text messages requesting an order will be directed to email.
Keeping all order details together helps prevent missed information and unnecessary delays.

PAYMENT STARTS
THE PROCESS.
Once a complete order request has been received and reviewed, an invoice for the total will be sent.
Design work begins after the required invoice payment has been received. A proof will not be created before payment.
Delayed payment may result in cancellation because an unpaid invoice does not reserve designing, printing, production, delivery or installation time.
PLAN AHEAD
WHEN POSSIBLE.
Deposits are accepted only for orders placed three weeks or more before the event date.
Orders placed 10 business days or less before the event date require full payment.
Placement on the production schedule is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received.
TWO PROOFS
ARE INCLUDED.
Each paid order includes two proofs at no additional cost for edits.
Please review your proof carefully and submit requested changes together whenever possible.
Additional proofs, edits or changes after the two included proofs may be subject to a revision charge.
Major changes to the original theme, colors, photos, wording, size or overall design direction may also result in additional fees.

Delivery must be specified at the time of ordering.
Delivery fees begin at $20 and may increase based on distance, location or order requirements.
Pickup details will be provided once your order is PAID IN FULL and ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
Orders that include installation will not be charged an additional delivery fee.
